Dear life,
Please stop kicking me while I am down.
My husband is on tour and it feels as though I haven’t seen him at all in two months.
I’m working hard to get everything done to buy our first home and it is incredibly stressful, especially without Jay here.
I got rear-ended by an idiot in a pick-up truck, causing damage to the trunk of my car, and to the muscles on my left side — which has resulted in muscles spasming and nerves pinching.
And to toss salt in my wounds, someone stole my wallet from Stop & Shop tonight, when I accidentally left it behind after grabbing items for a no-fuss, one-armed dinner.
And the child safety caps on my Rxs is a cruel joke to the disabled. I have a hard enough time dealing with them when I have both hands, let alone when I only have one.
Please let the rest of the week be easier to deal with and more productive. I don’t know how much more I can take.
Sincerely,
Laura Paine Maas
